What makes Lift Gym special?

• Friendly Gym where interaction with our members and lots of support is standard. 

• We prefer "Hardcore" Gym users choose somewhere else. Key word being "Hardcore". Nothing wrong with hitting the weights hard...we are simply trying to offer an alternative for those that are not about that type of experience.

• Usual annoyances at Gyms are not allowed here. Not returning weights, hogging the equipment, excessive banging or just generally making the Gym an intimidating place to be is not cool with us.

• We have all of the first class equipment you would expect to see in a great Gym and we are not over subscribed, so you will be able to access the equipment. We have some very "quiet" periods at certain hours.

Whether you are a Gym regular who just needs a new place to call home, or a complete novice who needs support, we will look after you here at Lift Gym. We are open from 5am until 10pm on weekdays & 6am until 7pm at the weekends and offer plenty of free parking right next to the Gym.
